We create the artwork from the photo you upload, in the style you choose, and print it to order. Please check your photo and the name spelling before you check out; you can change them within 2 hours of ordering.
What photo works best?
One sharp, front-facing photo in good light, face and ears fully visible. Phone photos are fine. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered shots. See photo tips.
Can I put two pets on one portrait?
Yes. Upload the best photo of each pet in the order you want them, and tell us their names. Email cs@portrapet.com if you have more than two.
Poster or framed — what’s the difference?
The premium poster is printed on 260 gsm satin paper and ships rolled in a tube. The framed version is printed on 200 gsm paper and comes in a real wood frame (white, brown, black or natural wood) with shatter-resistant plexiglass and hanging wire, ready to hang.
When will it arrive?
