Every Portrapet item is made to order, so there is a last day to get your order in for delivery before each holiday. For personalized items the date that counts is the day you approve your preview, not the day you order: production starts once you approve. Your preview arrives by email within 24–48 hours of ordering, so order a couple of days before the date below.

Deadlines are 11:59 PM Eastern. If you don't reply to your preview within 48 hours, we print it as it is so your order isn't delayed. In a hurry? Tick "Skip the preview" in your cart and we print as soon as your artwork is ready.
