Your total wait is production time plus transit time.
Production: 2–4 business days
Our team creates, checks and prints your custom artwork.
USA transit: 4–8 business days
Standard shipping, Monday to Friday.
International: 7–14 business days
Europe, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping warranty
For a small additional fee you can add Shipping Warranty to your order, which covers shipping damage and porch theft. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send you instructions to file a claim and work through it with you.
The warranty is optional, but we recommend it if you want added protection.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking information so you can follow its status and expected delivery date. You can also check progress on our order tracking page.
If the tracking has not moved for several days, or something looks wrong, email cs@portrapet.com with your order number.
