How do I create a custom pet portrait? It’s easy! Just follow these three steps:

  • Select Your Style: Choose the artistic design that best captures your pet’s unique personality.
  • Upload Your Photo: Provide a clear, high-quality image of your pet.
  • We Handle the Rest: Our artists will work their magic to create your custom portrait.

Can I request additional customizations?

We love unique ideas! If you have specific requests beyond our standard options, please email us at cs@portrapet.com, and we’ll be happy to help bring your vision to life.

How can I modify, cancel, or request a refund for my order?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us at cs@portrapet.com as soon as possible.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Please reach out within 6 hours of placing your order to ensure we can catch it before it enters production.
  • Refund Processing: Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Production: 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping (US): 4–8 business days.
  • Expedited: Need it faster? Contact cs@portrapet.com to discuss priority options.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking link. Please double-check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout. Email us at cs@portrapet.com and we will update your contact information and resend your details.

My tracking number isn’t working. It can take 1–2 business days for a tracking number to show movement in the carrier's system. If your tracking remains inactive after two days, please reach out to the carrier or contact us at cs@portrapet.com for assistance.

How secure is my personal information? Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information during checkout. Your payment details are used solely to process your transaction and are not stored after the purchase is complete.
