Do you illustrate all animals?
Yes! We create portraits for unique pets around the world. We do not create portraits of people.
Do you send proofs before printing?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we don't offer artwork previews or proofs.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes — choose 1 to 4 pets. For more than 4, please contact our support team.
Do you create pet memorials?
We're honoured to create portraits in memory of pets who have passed. Just reach out to us.
Can I receive the portrait without a name?
Yes! Simply write 'NO NAME' in the name box at checkout.

What are your shipping times?
USA: within 1–2 weeks. UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: within 2 weeks. Peak seasons may add a few days.
What are your shipping charges?
FREE shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat $10 rate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 30 minutes of ordering and we'll help with changes or cancellation.
Can I return my portrait?
Due to the custom nature of our products we can't offer returns, but if there's an artwork or damage issue we'll make it right.
