Shipping And Returns
How long it takes: made to order in 2–4 business days, then shipped. From order to your door, plan on 7–11 business days in the USA. The exact estimate for this item is shown next to the price.
- USA shipping: 5–7 business days in transit. $6.99 standard, free on US orders of $120 or more.
- International: 7–14 business days in transit to supported countries. $9.99 under $50, $14.99 for $50–$99.99, $19.99 from $100; the exact cost appears at checkout.
- A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Changes & cancellations: email us with your order number within 2 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund or change the details. After 2 hours the order goes into production and can no longer be canceled or changed. Details.
Problems with your order: every item is made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind — but if yours arrives damaged, defective, different from what you ordered or from your preview, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it free or refund you.

Can I put two pets on one portrait?
Yes. Upload the best photo of each pet in the order you want them, and tell us their names. Email cs@portrapet.com if you have more than two.
Poster or framed — what’s the difference?
The premium poster is printed on 260 gsm satin paper and ships rolled in a tube. The framed version is printed on 200 gsm paper and comes in a real wood frame (white, brown, black or natural wood) with shatter-resistant plexiglass and hanging wire, ready to hang.
When will it arrive?
Made to order in 2–4 business days, then 5–7 business days in transit in the USA. The estimated delivery window is shown next to the price, and you get a tracking link by email when it ships.
